De-Escalation & Control's to Handcuffing Class Conducted

Training on De-Escalation and Controls to Handcuffing was conducted on March 23, 2023 at the Indiana Sheriff's Association training center, at Avon, Indiana. This was conducted in partnership with the KPCT Khan Do Kwan Police Control Tactics program.
